Thank you, Ed & HALO Computing, for helping Tioga County Rural Ministry with our computer and email problems. Ed was able to remove a keylogger and other infections from a computer. He also secured our network from remote access software and upgraded our anti-virus software. His rates are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable.
